Subject Prize – Return & Refund Policy
At Subject Prize, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible.
1. Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received

Items must be in their original packaging

Final sale and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
2. How to Return Items

Contact us at Sales@subjectprize.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Pack your item securely, including all original tags, receipts, and accessories.

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Send your item back using a secure shipping method.
Return postage costs:

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We offer a return label at a cost of up to £25, depending on the size, weight, and value of your order.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Standard delivery costs paid at checkout are refundable only if applicable.

Return postage fees apply only for change-of-mind returns and will be charged according to the size/weight of the order. Premium delivery charges are not refundable.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:
